- Blocked toilet - £60-£120 (depending on blockage)
- Toilet replacement - £150-£300 (inc. new toilet)
- Cistern repairs - £55-£95
- Toilet seat replacement - £45-£65 (inc. new seat)
Issues: Constantly running, won't flush properly, leaking at base, cracked cistern. All sorted quickly and cleanly.
3. Radiator Work (Non-Gas Systems Only)
- Radiator bleeding - £45 (single), £80-£120 (whole house)
- Leaking radiator valve - £65-£120
- Radiator replacement - £150-£300 (inc. new radiator)
- Cold radiator (non-gas systems) - £60-£150
Important: Electric radiators and water-only systems - yes. Gas central heating, boiler faults and new gas boilers go to my Gas Safe partner P Hayman - I arrange it as part of the same job.
4. Leak Repairs
- Emergency leak fix - £80-£150 (turn off, stop leak)
- Pipe repair/replacement - £100-£250
- Leaking radiator valve - £65-£120
- Under-sink leaks - £55-£95
Available for emergency call-outs. Will stop the leak fast, then fix properly. Water damage prevention is priority.
5. Bathroom Work
- Sink installation - £120-£200
- Bath panel fitting - £80-£150
- Shower tray installation - £200-£400
- Bathroom resealing - £60-£120
- Basin waste replacement - £60-£100
Full bathroom installations available (except boiler work). Can coordinate with other trades if needed.

8. Gas Boilers & Central Heating - with P Hayman, Gas Safe Engineer
I'm not Gas Safe registered, so I don't touch gas myself. Instead I work with P Hayman, a Gas Safe registered engineer based in Exeter, and between us we cover the whole job:
- Gas boiler servicing and repairs - annual services, fault finding, breakdowns
- New gas boiler installs and upgrades - combi, system and heat-only boilers
- Gas central heating systems - new systems, extra radiators on a gas system, power flushes
- Gas fires, hobs and cookers - connection, disconnection, safety checks
- Landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)
Typical example: a full bathroom refit where the boiler also needs moving. I do the bathroom, pipework and plumbing; P Hayman does the boiler and gas. One quote, one point of contact, no chasing two trades.

FAQs
Can you fix my boiler?
Not personally - I'm not Gas Safe registered. But I work alongside P Hayman, Gas Safe registered engineer in Exeter, so yes, your boiler can be sorted through me: servicing, repairs, and new boiler installs or upgrades. Call me and I'll arrange it. Electric boilers and immersion heaters I handle myself.
Can you install a new bathroom?
Yes! Everything except the boiler/gas work. Sink, toilet, shower, bath, tiling, boxing in pipes - all fine. If you need a new boiler or gas work as part of the job, P Hayman (Gas Safe) does that side and I coordinate the lot.
Do you charge call-out fees?
No call-out fees within Exeter and surrounding areas. You pay for the work, not for me to show up and quote.
How quickly can you get here?
Same day for most jobs. Emergencies prioritized - usually within a few hours. I'll give you an honest timeframe when you call.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes - 12 months guarantee on workmanship. If something I've done fails (not wear and tear or damage), I'll fix it free of charge.
