Do you charge call-out fees?

No. There are no call-out fees, travel charges, or consultation fees for jobs in Exeter and surrounding areas. The price we quote is the price you pay.

How do I get an accurate quote?

Call us on 07766 501664 and describe the job. Most quotes can be given over the phone. For larger projects, we'll visit to assess and provide a written quote - still no charge.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We quote fixed prices based on the job, not hourly rates. This means no "running meter" stress - you know the final cost before we start.

Are materials included?

For most jobs, yes. Standard materials (screws, fixings, basic supplies) are included. For specific items (paint colors, particular fixtures), we'll discuss in advance whether you supply or we source them.

Do prices change if the job takes longer?

No. Our quote is fixed. If we underestimated, that's on us - your price doesn't change. (Obviously, if you add extra work mid-job, we'll discuss and agree the additional cost first.)

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, bank transfer, or card payment. We ask for payment on completion - never upfront for small/medium jobs. Larger projects may require a deposit.

Do you offer discounts for multiple jobs?

Yes! If you have a list of jobs, we can often do them more efficiently than separate visits, and we pass that saving to you. Call to discuss your list.

Is there a minimum charge?

Our minimum job cost is £45. This covers very small repairs. But no minimum time requirement - if it takes 20 minutes, great! You still only pay the quoted price.
